31 followers. FollowA: Do's - Take rest, be happy, take healthy diet
Don't - Avoid long travel or I can say travel in which you have to sit for long hrs or the roads are not nice, avoid getting tired , don't get stressed, don't eat papaya , pineapple and chikoo, and don't do heavy work. All the best
