A: I too take coconut water daily. I eat 2 oranges. 1 apple. Or 1 kiwi. Chickoo, Mosambi are healthy and you can eat watermelon sometimes Take atleeast 2 fruits in a day 2 walnuts and 4 almonds (soaked overnight) everyday 2 vegetables in a day And any dal or beans Follow this mantra and you are good to go with healthy pregnancy ...
