@v4427 start doing exercises ,sqat, pocha maro if planning for normal delivery, stairs up and down ,but be careful also while going up and coming down ... squats are best exercise....... it can start pain automatically
@Ruchiii meri toh doctor ne normal delivery hi bol rkhi hai... Head bhi baby ka fix hai...last week checkup me 1 cm dilated aya tha fir bhi abhi tak pain start nhi hua... Mera toh maan kr rha hai doctor ko bol du induce krne ko pain
