18 followers. FollowA: Generally it take times to heal. After 3 months you can start small household works etc bend hone yaa zyada physical stress wala kaam keliye help lijiye. Complete stitches heal keliye 5 to 6 months time lagega. But after 3 months aap maid rakhiye aur uper ka khana and everything you can do on your own.

27 followers. FollowA: @B maine toh 20 din baad thoda thoda kaam aur 1 month baad sab start kar diya tha bas pani ke kaam avoid karti thi.
Meri nuclear family hai toh karna hi hota tha.
Husband ka office tha aur mera 6m ka maternity break toh kar leti thi sab.
Pet dheere dheere kam hoga, jab baby ka solid start karoge toh kam ho jayega ,thoda diet aur portion control aur exercises karna.
