Maine pregnancy time aur delivery k baad bhi bahar ka junk food bilkul nhi khaya .. maida bilkul bnd hai .. fried nhi khaati.. sugar ki jagah jaggery or jaggery powder leti hun.. pregnancy k 15 days baad se gond k laddu abhi tak kha rahi hun but koi fat nhi aaya .. sabse achi cheez hai mera weight pre pregnancy vala hogya .. koi fat nhi aaya.. even main daily cow ghee bhi leti hun .. hamara weight kabhi bhi nutritious food se nhi increase hota... Hum jo maida, fried, white sugar aur junk food khaate hai usse weight and fat increase hota hai ..
@OmSaiRam_ that's true mai bhi Jaggery powder hi leti hu milk k sath and obviously no fried abhi to boiled hi chal raha hai .. aap gond k laddu mai kamarkas and magaj wagerah bhi dalte ho kya ... Aur mera c section hua hai to little concern over weight loss log bolte hain stomach nahi jata post surgery many myths not sure what to believe what not
