A: @honey30 Yes, Sugar cane juice is safe during pregnancy. Sugarcane juice is high in carbohydrates, has no protein or fats, and is immensely high in sugar. Sugarcane juice is extremely healthy for a pregnant woman. However, if you are suffering from diabetes, you should refrain from drinking sugarcane juice during pregnancy. Check with your doctor if you aren't sure about your case. Also if you want to drink it during pregnancy, make sure it's freshly prepared and extracted in a hygienic and extremely clean environment.... See more
