BOHOT PARESHAN AUR SAD FEEL KAR RAHI HU.. Baby aane ke baad nind Puri tarah se disturb ho gayi hai. Aisa lagta hai 24 hrs me se bas 1/2 ghanta nind mil gayi to bhi thik hai. Lekin Aaj kal utni bhi nahi mil Rahi. Iski vajah se sab par gussa kar rahi hu. Baby ke sath enjoy hi nahi kar pa Rahi hu... Specially raat ke waqt bohot Rona ata hai..

A: Make routine...din or raat ka frk smjae..roz same time pe lights off kre or subah jb tk baby Soya hai room mai lights off rkhe ...sulane se pehle breastfeeding or diaper change zarur kre..or sone se pehle play time mat de Kafi farak pdega ye sb krne se...thode din zabardasti kroge phr dire dire baby khud hi demand krega ki mje sula do...
