A: Vicks vaporub is safe when applied on skin only and can also be added to hot water and the vapours inhaled. Its main ingredients are : camphor, eucalyptus oil, menthol, and turpentine oil. camphor can lead to miscarriage when ingested. Vicks is safe during pregnancy only when used properly.these are few products of vicks which are safe : Vicks Vaporub, The Vicks Inhaler and Vicks First Defense Nasal Spray.
