A: They should be done in first trimester ...s uric acid ..creat ... And in last trimester and whenever required if u r a high risk pregnancy .......like high BP diabetic heart disease...... all tests should be done its for ur benefit ...if u have any coagulopathy that can be diagnosed ....so should be done .......
