FollowA: @Tsewang_Rinchen also keep feeding.its demand and supply.the more Ur baby sucks milk even if there is less.....Ur brain receives the signal the Ur body has to make more milk.as for nipple size I think it's natural and cant do much about....it won't be a problem as long as Ur baby latches properly....
