Q: Hi, I'm 34 and I'm 9 weeks pregnant with my first. Doctor told me to do bed rest. Doctor says it's a precious pregnancy. There is no complication or difficulty yet, its naturally conceived. How much bed rest is okay for me? Should I totaly avoid going out and stay in bed most of the times? Please advice.
