Q: As I'm in 7th week of pregnancy unfortunately I don't hv any kind of symptoms like nausea and vomitings.. Bt sometimes I feel lyk fainting at nyt tyms. And there is frequent urination.... Why am I nt feeling any symptoms? Is it ok to not hv symptoms
