Return & Refund

Mylo allows easy return, replacement & refund of eligible products. Return window is 15 days so once the order is delivered, you can return within 15 days of receiving the orders.

What products are not-returnable?

Please refer to individual products listing pages to know if the products are eligible for return.

How to place return requests:

You can initiate return requests either through the My Orders page or through customer chat support.

After reviewing your return request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you. This will take 3-4 business days.

After the returned products are received by us, we will verify them against the claim and initiate replacement or refund accordingly.

After the return request is approved, it may take up to 10-14 business days for the credit to reflect in Your account. The actual time taken for refund or credit of the payment into your account depends on the mode by which the payment was made, and the procedures adopted by various financial services providers.

Cancellation

Cancellation of orders can only be made at any time before you receive an intimation containing confirmation of your order. No cancellations will be accepted post such time and for any cancellation request received post such time, you will need to raise a return request after the order has been delivered.

Yes you will get a full refund if you cancel your Mylo order before it is shipped.

Is the bill required for returning a product on Mylo?

The original product cover/packaging, label is enough to return the product if it complies with the return policy. As a good practice, it is better to have the bill handy with you while returning the products, which you can also get from the Mylo website.

Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

Cancellation is not possible once the order is shipped.
