A: dear ye koi jaroori nahi ki humesha jis pregnant mother ko ye problem ho .lekin haan aapko sachet rehna padega bahut.aapko auro se jyada dhyaan rakhna padega aur apna thyroid ka aur sugar ka level humesha maitain rakhna padega. iske liye aapko apni doctor ke proper supervision me rehna padega.koi bhi decision kuch bhi intake without dr ke permission ke mat lijiyega. dear me aapko dra nahi rahi hoon aapko aware kar rahi hoon kyunki precaution is better then cure. so, All the very best and enjoy your pregnancy....
