A: Dear agar apko loose motion ho rahi hai to aap pani 8-9 glasses piye, completely avoid oil, spices, Or bahar ka khana. Have bananas, apples, and pomegranate. Have whole wheat bread and salads. Eat at every 2-3 hours. Do deep breathing exercises daily... See more
