A: Normal hai dear, pregnancy mein body zyada khoon aur body fluids banati hai baby ke development ke liye. Is swelling ko edema bhi kehte hai. Ye kayi baar haath, pair, ankles, aur face pe bhi ho jati hai. Kayi baar ye bahut deer tak khade rehne se, poora din kaam karne se, garmi se, zyada caffeine ya sodium intake se aur potassium ki deficiency se bhi ho sakti hai. Thodi bahut swelling chalti hai lekin agar bahut zyada hai aur bahut sudden hai to aapko doctor ko dikha lena chahiye ek baar kyunki ye kabhi kabhi preeclampsia ke bhi signs ho sakte hai. Agar kabhi esa ho to aap caffeine intake kam kardo aur thoda sa bananas kha lo. Garmi mein bahar mat jao, zyada deer tak khade mat ho, comfortable shoes pehno, heels mat pehno, pair upar rakh ke baitho, paani peeyo taki water retention flush out ho jaye.
