    मेरी बेटी 5 महीने की हो गई है जब हुई थी तो उसका रंग काफी सांवला था पर मैंने उसे दो महीने तक बादाम पीसकर उससे  दिन में एक बार मालिश करती  बाकी टाइम तेल मालिश और दो महीने बाद कच्चा दूध से मालिश कर नहला देती हूं अब उसका रंग काफी साफ हो गया है इसके अलावा ठंड से बचने के लिए रोज रात को सरसों और अजवाइन का पका तेल उसके हाथ और पैर के तालू और सीने पर गुनगुना करके लगा सेंक देती हूं। और अब एक दो दिन से उसके मसूड़ों पर शहद लगा रही हूं ताकि जब दांत निकलने लगे तो उसे तकलीफ न हो। image
