HOW TO MEASURE AND WEAR?

Put the inner band to the belly area and fix it finely. 

Attach the band to the maximum circumference of the buttocks. 

Edge of the band needs to be attached to the inner layer of the belly band. 


After adjusting both sides of the band, securely attach it to the desired position. 

Finally, wrap the support band around the belly and attach to the velcro. 

WASH AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS 

Hand wash with mild detergents (Cold water / Lukewarm water not more than 30 deg C) 

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT WEARING A BELLY BAND

Detach the hooks and loops fabric when sitting. 

Wear a belly band or support garment for no more than two to three hours at a time to prevent overdependence. 

Exercises to strengthen the transverse abdominis should be done in combination with the use of a belly band to strengthen the core muscles both during and after pregnancy. 

Belly bands are for temporary use and aren’t a permanent fix. It’s important to address the underlying dysfunction. A referral to physical therapy is recommended to address ongoing pain both during and after pregnancy. 

SMART TIP

The adhesive strap hooks can become clogged with lint, stray hairs and other everyday debris which obstruct the hooks from latching onth the loops. 

Lay the adhesive strap hook fasteners part flat. 

Use a toothbrush or comb (fine- toothed shape) to remove the debris.
