Q: Hi!i am 12 weeks pregnant and today i am getting little upper abdominal pain it feels like my muscle and ligaments are stretching from inside..the pain is not there when i am sitting but i feel it while standing is it normal?

Good morning friends My Lmp was 26th June. Didn't get periods still. Did Beta hcg test, it was less than 0.10. i know its negative. Is there a Chance it cN increase?., means can i test again upt after one week. I am thinking i might be pregnant. Abdominal pain, vomit feeling, lower back pain are my symptoms. Please advice?
In my report on 2nd page it is written ectopic and molar pregnancy and screening of down syndrome and trisomy 18 is there anything to worry about it please tell me i am very worried..
