Dear aapko apni diet ka acche se khayal rakhna padega. Ek baar mein bahut zyada khana mat khaiye. Isse sugar high hone ke chances hote hai, aap 3 chote meals aur 3 snacks khaiye. Jise khane mein starch hota hai usse khiye lekin naap ke khaiye har meal mein. Fruits bahut healthy hote hai lekin unme natural sugar bahut hota hai, ek time pe ek chota fruit hi khaiye, agar bada hai to half. Tinned fruits mat khaiyega aur fruit juice bhi peena avoid karen. Milk bahut accha source hai calcium ka aur uska sugar jaldi absorb ho jata hai lekin usse bhi ek time pe ek hi cup peena advisable hai. High fibre diet lejiye jaise whole oats, whole grain breads etc isse apka sugar control mein rehne mein help hogi. Breakfast mein bhi whole grains or proteins khaiye. Mithai, cake, pastry jaise jisi na khaye. Isme koi nutrition nahi hota aur sugar bhi high karti hai. Apne khane mein alag se chini ya shahad mat dalvaiyega. Aap kise nutritionist se diet chart bhi banva sakte ho apne liye aur ek baar doctor ko bhi dikhva lo zaroor kyunki blood sugar control karna zaruri hota hai pregnancy mein.
