Iui mein sperm ovulation k time pe insert karte hai and they have to meet on their own in fallopian tube. But In ivf eggs ko retrieve karte hai and sperm ko us mein insert karne k baad, they are developed into these embryos in lab, fir viable embryos are put back in uterus. You can Google also.
