include lots of iron rich food in your diet.leafy veggies, coloured fruits and veggies etc.
don't worry.mmjusy concentrate on your diet and supplements. and Dr will definitely monitor and give you something to supplement. such level fluctuations are common though in pregnancy.
I am in taking all the things but still each month it get reducing only... reduced from 11.6-9
what is current level. u can simply increase intake of iron rich fruits n veggies like spinach, broccoli, pomegranate, beetroot etc. hope u r taking iron supplement too.
