Mere doctor ne bola hai jitna kam pregnancy se pehle kia hai utna hi krna hai body ko exert nahi krna hai . I'm doing basic daily activities not more than that.

I do walking after evry meal, drink warm milk at night with homemade ghee, hve dry fruits, massage nipples with oil and keep contact with hubby, do pranayama, breathing exercises, butterfly posture, kegel exercises, squats, stretching
