  • Blessed with baby boy on 24th July through c-section.Wanted to share the experience:All myths were true in may case:No morning sicknessPosterior placentaSpicy food cravingsLower bellyHeavy fetal movementsHeart beats range 130- 140Experience:It was my 9th month running. I had sugar and bp even prior to pregnancy. On Friday my bp and sugar both were fluctuating. Sugar was almost 200.My doc said we would not take any risk and on Saturday we planned c-section at 4.00 pmEarlier on Saturday i was asked to have mild breakfast before 8 am and then was not allowed to drink even water. At around 1 nurse came and fixed catheter. Which was a painful thing but later on it was comfortable. At around 4 they took me into OT A spinal anaesthesia was given which was little bit painful. After 10 min doc started with delivery. I was conscious and was talking with doctor through out the process. Then after 15 min I heard first cry of my angel. And everything was worth it..Then I was shifted to room within half an hour of delivery. As i was diabetic and was taking insulin baby was kept in NICU for 2 days. Post delivery yes it is a painful process. Stitches and the overall body pains shook me up. It was unbearable. In addition doctor asked me to walk on second day. It was just like hell for me to take single step. From day 3 everything was bit bearable. And pains were less. So the overall experience was bit painful but the output, your baby, is just like heavenly feeling..Everything is worth it when you hold your baby for the first time...??All the best ladies... Everything will be fine..Thank you for your support through out the journey. ? arrow
