Stay Hydrated and wear loose cotton stuff undergarments... itching might be the sign of UTI too . Consult with doctor once

Its because of some infection ( fuñgal infection, bacterial vaginosis or uti) just consult ur gyneac... maintain a good hygeine during pregnancy... during pregnancy, mothers immune get weak and they are suseptible to get any kind of infection so it is advised to maintain proper hygeine with extra care.
