I had a preterm at 34 weeks. Can I have eggs after my delivery?

check with your doctor if it's a csec start eggs after 5-6 days as it will.help you in feeling satiated as well will heal the stitches. My inlaws were also not ready to give egg to me after csec but when I was not able to eat properly and my weight fall down to 45 kg they gave up and it's never gave any prob to my baby too.When you eat something and think it's bad for you while feeding it always impact you and your baby just think of your health because if you are healthy than only you can feed your child.
