C section ke kitne din bad recovery hoti h

Recovery aapke body pe depend krta h mai jb hospital me thi tbhi bhut accha feel krne lgi thi mujhe lgta nhi tha ki koi operation hua hai....bss 2 deen k baad sb normal..mai washroom jati thi aap dress badal leti thi ....baby ko bhi handle kr leti thi ...bs jb uthti thi to pet me thoda tight lgta tha

1 month me fully recover ho jaengi ...but internal stictches to 4...6 months me thik honge
