Apna caffeine intake bhi limited rakhiyega. Bahut zyada garam paani se mat nahana aur sauna bhi mat lena. Seafood mat lena. Jitna possible ho sake utna fresh healthy khana hi khana. Bahar ka khana kamsekam khana aur processed, ya fast food mat khana. Apna fluid intake sahi rakhna, rest lena , koi bhi bhaari samman na uthana aur na dhaka dena. Doctor se bina pooche koi bhi davai mat khana aur koi bhi exercise start karne se pehle ek baar doctor se pooch lena. Apni sabhi prenatal vitamins zarur yaad se khana. Stress mat lena aur khush rehna.
