A: Haan kadu kha sakte hai pregnancy mein. Ye pregnancy mein cramps ke liye bahut accha hota hai. Ye bahut nutritious bhi hota hai jaise isme protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamin, iron, calcium, niacin aur phosphorus bhi hota hai. Pumpkin khane se aapke diarrhoea aur eczema ke chances bhi kam ho jate hai. Ye apke intestines se worms bhi clean karne ke liye accha hota hai. Ye blood sugar ko bhi check mein rakhta hai aur fibre mein high hota hai to isse constipation ke bhi chances kam hote hai.
