A: Kha sakte ho dear bilkul but limit mein khana.. Limit mein khane se inse bahut fayda bhi hai. Jaise badam mein bahut zaroori nutrition aur vitamins hote hai to ye bahut accha snack banta hai. Cashew bhi bahut accha hota hai health ke liye nutrition ke point of view se. Isme bahut anti bacterial properties bhi hoti hai jo aapko infections fight karne mein help karengi. Ye anemia ke liye bhi acche hote hai aur thakan se ladne mein bhi labhdayak hote hai. Isme fibre bhi bahut hota hai to constipation ke liye bhi bahut acche hote hai. Raisins mein bhi bahut nutrition hota hai. Ye digestive tract ko strengthen karte hain. Energy bhi milti hai aur anemia hone ke chances bhi nahi hote.
