How Tennis player Sania Mirza remained fit during her pregnancy?

Popular tennis player Sania Mirza achieved immense popularity at a very young age and currently, she is enjoying motherhood. Sania and her cricketer husband Shoaib Malik welcomed their baby boy on October 30, 2018. The successful tennis player has managed to create a perfect balance between her professional and personal life.
Sania frequently shares solo pictures of her baby boy Izhaan. Sometimes she is also seen in the picture cuddling her baby boy in her arms. Sania spoke about her pregnancy journey recently to Femina. She said, "Tthe experience was good. It was overwhelming and different. I think, as women, we underestimate our bodies and what they can do, and I had that self-realization. I feel privileged that I was able to go through it. I had a decently easy pregnancy if there is such a thing."
During her pregnancy, Sania remained fit and healthy by playing tennis. Sania also practiced yoga 3-4 times a week. Sania also confessed that she walked nearly three to four kilometers every day. The famous player tried to remain as active as possible while she was pregnant. The diva confessed that it is crucial for women to remain active during pregnancy as long as there are no medical complications or they haven’t been advised against it. However, it was getting harder for her to stay as active late into the pregnancy, but still, she tried to walk a few kilometers every day and practiced yoga.
Earlier, Sania and her husband Shoaib announced the pregnancy news on their social media accounts and even shared the last name of their baby before birth. Sania and Shoaib welcomed their baby after 8 years of wedding bliss. She announced that the baby will not only carry his/her father’s family name (i.e. Malik) but will take ‘Mirza Malik’ as the last name. Sania also disclosed that she and her husband Shoaib decided very early in the pregnancy that their baby would be known by the surname Mirza Malik. Interestingly, Shoaib wanted a daughter.
Now, Sania is often spotted at the gym trying to shed all those extra kilos that she gained during her pregnancy. Apart from working out at the gym, Sania is leaving no stone unturned to make her strong comeback in Tennis as well.
